Refund policy

At All For Her, we take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade hair oils using all-natural, organic ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. 

However if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. 

Please note: 

• We Do Not offer refunds for change of mind. 
• Refunds or replacements will only be issued for damaged, defective or incorrect items. 
• If a return is required, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
