Shipping policy

At All For Her, we are committed to delivering your handmade, natural Haircare products in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. 

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As our products are handmade, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods. If this happens you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time: Our goal is to make All For Her accessible for as many people as possible so we aim to keep shipping and delivery fees to a minimum. Shipping is only available in Australia. 

Standard Shipping: $6.95 approximately 7 Business Days

Express Shipping: $15 approximately 2-4 Business Days 

Free Local Delivery to customers inside 4680 - Make sure you select this at checkout. 

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcels progress.

Shipping Address & Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees may be applied to resend the package. 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or delayed please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, email us at allforher.bylaura@outlook.com. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will assess the situation for a replacement or refund. 

Changes to This Policy: We may update this shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be updated here on this page.
